ADMINISTRATIVE &
ADVERTISING ASSISTANT

Overview:

At Trading Tips, we’re on a mission to help people achieve financial freedom through successful investing. As a rapidly growing financial publishing company, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative and Advertising Assistant to join our dynamic team.

In this full-time role reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll collaborate across departments, supporting sales, customer service, and marketing.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our team.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Monitor inboxes for four different newsletter correspondence from customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including shipping issues, refund requests, and unsubscribe requests.
  • Process any chargebacks received from merchant accounts.
  • Monitor and reach out to customers regarding declined transactions.
  • Answer incoming customer service calls if needed.

B2C Operations

  • Review and forward daily order fulfillment lists to shipping company for processing.

Marketing Support

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of landing pages and websites ensuring forms and fields are operating correctly.
  • Perform weekly checks to ensure leads are being properly received by all systems.

Email & Advertising Support

  • Collaborate with the advertising and email teams to execute daily email operations.
  • Communicate with advertising partners, including requesting creative assets and providing performance updates.
  • Set up, schedule, and QA daily email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and generate daily and monthly reports.

Education & Experience

  1. High school diploma or GED required.
  2. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  3. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administration, marketing, customer service, or a similar role is desired. Experience may substitute for formal education.

Technical Skills & Platforms

  1. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Proficiency Required
  2. Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) – Proficiency Required
  3. CRM Systems (e.g., Infusionsoft)
  4. Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Iterable)
  5. Advertising & Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  6. Website & Landing Page Testing (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS)
  7. Basic HTML for troubleshooting and email formatting
  8. Customer Support Platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Training will be provided for any unfamiliar systems.

Salary For This Role

  • $65,000 annually
